No Trans Fat Biscotti

All our biscotti are made with butter, which has no trans-fat so if you're looking for something that needs specific dietary requirements, ask us, we may be able to help you get just the right recipe to meet your dietary guidelines. For example: if you'd like a chocolate biscotti with no trans fat, we use 100% cocoa powder plus other quality ingredients that contain no trans fat and we can leave out the chocolate chips making you a completely trans fat free chocolate biscotti.
