Orders are shipped within 5-10 business days (business days do not include Saturday and Sunday) as our biscotti are baked fresh for your order. Please add an additional 3 to 10 business days for shipping. If you haven't received your order at the end of that time, please contact us and we will gladly help track your order. During the warmer months, we do not ship on Thursday unless we're guaranteed that you'll receive the order next day. We never ship on Fridays so that your order is never in a warehouse over the weekend. We strongly recommend next day delivery.

If you are ordering any specials or custom packages, please make sure that you specify what flavor you want to order. If there are no flavors specified, we cannot fill the order in a timely manner.

Cancellations must be requested within 3 business days. If we do not received your cancellation within that time, you may still cancel your order but you will still be charged for the order as these are food stuffs and may not be returned.
